Ganoderma Lucidum (also known as Lingzhi) is regarded as one of the most valuable Chinese medicine and has a long history of medicinal use. According to the famous Chinese medical book, "Herbal and Compendium of Materia Medica", lingzhi is a "celestial herb" and "if taken regularly, the body will be light and not susceptible to aging, and thus celestial longevity will ensue". Clinically, lingzhi has been proven to have the effect of enhancing the human body's immunity.

GHT Lingzhi contains both ganoderma lucidum mycelium and ganoderma spores with micro-broken sporoderm. The synergy from the combination of these two ingredients makes GHT Lingzhi far more effective than other lingzhi products in the market which only contain ganoderma lucidum spores. Ganoderma lucidum mycelium has a higher concentration of polysaccharides, and is more easily absorbed by the human body; it is also enriched with vitamins, minerals and other nutrients.
